About the MOBA Nerd Series – MNL: ABC BB
MOBA Nerd Series is our premier amateur tournament circuit, built from the ground up to showcase India’s next wave of competitive talent. Since its launch in early 2023, the Series has grown to include multiple titles and regional qualifiers—but nothing beats the energy of our flagship Mobile Legends: Bang Bang season. This edition, code-named MNL: ABC BB, brings together 16 of the nation’s most ambitious five-man squads for a month-long battle of skill, strategy and teamwork.
Tournament Overview
MNL: ABC BB is more than just a series of matches: it’s a full production experience. Every game will feature live casters, real-time stat overlays, and post-game interviews with MVPs. Our technical partner provides low-latency streaming on both YouTube and Twitch, ensuring fans nationwide never miss a moment. Teams will compete from their own setups, but we’ve arranged for centralized refereeing and automated anti-cheat monitoring to guarantee fair play at every stage.

With a total purse of INR 10,000, MNL: ABC BB offers substantial rewards to the top finishers—and plenty of swag for everyone who reaches playoffs.
1st Place: INR 5,000 + exclusive MOBA Nerd champion jerseys + in-game skin codes
2nd Place: INR 2,500 + limited-edition team pins
3rd Place: INR 1,250 + MOBA Nerd tournament backpack
4th Place: INR 625 + participant medal
All teams advancing to playoffs also receive MOBA Nerd hoodies and digital gift vouchers worth INR 500.
Eligible Region & Registration Requirements
MNL: ABC BB is open exclusively to players residing in India. Every participant must provide proof of residence—a utility bill, Aadhar copy or any government-issued ID—during the registration process. Once you click “Register,” you’ll receive a confirmation email with a secure link to upload your documents. Registration closes at 11:59 PM IST on June 10, 2025, or as soon as all 16 slots are filled, whichever comes first.
Game Title & Technical Specifications
- Title: Mobile Legends: Bang Bang (latest version)
- Platforms: Android & iOS (minimum requirements: 2 GB RAM, up-to-date OS)
- Ping Limit: All players must maintain an average ping of 80 ms or below—teams exceeding this threshold may receive a warning or match delay.
- Tournament Client: You will use our custom lobby system; details will be sent after document approval.
Tournament Format & Match Rules
Group Stage (June 15–20)
16 teams split into 4 groups of 4. Round-robin play, Best-of-3 per match. Top two teams by match wins advance; ties settled by head-to-head result, then average game duration.
Playoffs (June 22–25)
Single-elimination bracket, 8 teams. All rounds Best-of-3 except Grand Final, which is Best-of-5. Grand Final loser does not get a second chance.
Map & Draft Procedures
- Bans: Each team bans two heroes, alternating turns.
- Picks: Standard MLBB draft order.
- Side Choice: Winner of a coin flip chooses side (blue/red).
Schedule & Live Coverage
Every day’s matches begin at 6 PM IST; specific match times will be posted on Discord and emailed to team captains. We’ll stream all games live, complete with commentary and post-match analysis. Full VODs will be available on our YouTube channel within two hours of match conclusion.
Rules, Fair Play & Penalties
Strict adherence to our rulebook is mandatory:
• No third-party mods, macros or performance-boost apps.
• Players caught colluding, match-fixing or exploiting glitches will face disqualification and a one-year ban from all MOBA Nerd events.
• Excessive toxic behavior or harassment results in immediate ejection without refund.
