Interpretation and Definitions

1.4. “Digital Products” or “Goods” means (i) tournament registrations and (ii) virtual game-currency credits delivered electronically.
1.5. “Physical Goods” means any tangible items (for example, merchandise, apparel, peripherals) that We may offer for sale in the future.
1.6. “You” or “Your” means the individual or legal entity placing an Order.
Scope of Policy
2.1. This Policy governs the delivery of all Orders placed through the Website, whether for Digital Products or—for future offerings—Physical Goods.
2.2. Digital Products are delivered electronically in accordance with Section 3 below. Physical Goods are subject to the shipping terms in Section 4 once they become available on the Website.
Digital Delivery
3.1. All Digital Products are delivered by electronic means: confirmation emails, download links, or direct crediting to Your in-game or platform account.
3.2. Delivery of tournament registrations is instantaneous upon receipt of cleared payment; You will receive a confirmation email containing event details and next steps.
3.3. Delivery of game-currency credits occurs within 15 minutes of payment, subject to network conditions. In the event of a delivery failure, please contact editorial@mobanerd.com within two (2) hours for assistance.
Physical Goods
4.1. When Physical Goods become available, You will be able to select from Our shipping options at checkout. Available carriers, services (standard, expedited), rates, and delivery estimates will be displayed at that time.
4.2. Shipping charges for Physical Goods will be calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and chosen service level. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are Your responsibility unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
4.3. You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Requests to change the shipping address after order confirmation may incur additional fees and cannot be guaranteed.
4.4. Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and commence upon Our shipment notification. We do not guarantee delivery by a certain date.
4.5. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact Us at editorial@mobanerd.com within seven (7) days of the carrier’s estimated delivery date. We will assist in filing claims with the carrier.
International Shipping
5.1. Shipments to destinations outside India may be subject to local import regulations, duties, and taxes. We strongly recommend that You check with your local customs office for applicable charges before placing an Order.
5.2. Clearance delays, inspections, or refusals by customs authorities are beyond Our control; any associated costs or return shipping fees will be Your responsibility.
Delays and Force Majeure
6.1. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver Digital Products or Physical Goods caused by circumstances beyond Our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemics, strikes, cyberattacks, carrier disruptions, or governmental restrictions.
6.2. In the event of a force majeure delay, We will notify You of the expected extension and make reasonable efforts to resume delivery as soon as practicable.
Title and Risk of Loss
7.1. Title to Digital Products remains with the Company at all times; Your license to use them is governed by Our Terms of Use.
7.2. For Physical Goods, risk of loss or damage passes to You upon delivery to the carrier. Title passes to You once full payment has been received by Us.
Customer Obligations
8.1. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address and contact information You provide are accurate and complete.
8.2. You shall promptly inspect any Physical Goods upon receipt and notify Us of any damage or shortage within seven (7) days. Failure to do so may affect Your rights under applicable law.
Amendments
9.1. We reserve the right to amend this Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Website with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Service after such posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
10.2. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
